I had been considering Lipo 360 and a BBL for years. A friend of mine had her BBL done by Dr. Palladino a few years ago, and although I was initially hesitant due to the lack of ultrasound guidance at that time, I was impressed by the results. Last year, I learned about the advancements in technology and followed Dr. Palladino’s work closely. After thorough research, I decided to go with Dr. Palladino and made my deposit.

No puedo estar más satisfecha con mi elección llevaba muchos años con anhelo de operarme y en búsqueda de un buen cirujano en mi extensa investigación encontré al Dr Palladino y su gran equipo Top Aesthetics, puedo decir a mis 2 semanas de operada que estoy tan satisfecha con mis resultados me realice una lipo 360 y un BBL , desde mi primer llamada a la clínica donde muy amablemente Lindsay me atendió y me guió desde el primer momento y resolvió todas mis dudas, cuando asistí a mi primer cita presencial con el doctor Palladino su equipo desde la recepción me atendieron tan bien, las enfermeras son muy profesionales (Natasha) una gran persona una gran profesional y un excelente ser humano, el dia de mi cirugía todo el servicio fue espectacular el buen servicio del señor que me recogió en el hotel y el recibimiento en la clínica y todo el profesionalismo de cada integrante del grupo de la clínica, sus explicaciones a cada procedimiento todo muy claro, por otra parte el servicio que ofrece el Dr Palladino para la recuperación en un hotel con la asistencia de enfermeras los primeros dias es excelente, fueron de gran apoyo para mi y mi acompañante, con mucho profesionalismo me asistieron y le enseñaron a mi acompañante como cuidarme y suministrarme mis medicamentos en los horarios establecidos, sin dejarnos tan solos y siempre con una excelente y rápida comunicación con todas las enfermeras, la limpieza del hotel y la atención son perfectas, aunque incluyen el desayuno para la paciente, el hotel está estratégicamente ubicado encuentras un bulevar donde hay un gran supermercado y muchos lugares de comida. No puedo estar mas contenta con todo el servicio sobre todo para las que viajamos de otros estados gracias al Dr Palladino y cada miembro de su equipo por devolverme mi autoestima y generar en mi más seguridad.

I had a breast implant swap/revision and my process from start to finish was extremely thorough. I’m very happy with the results, Dr. Palladino was truly the best and listened very attentively to what I wanted as the outcome. I have to write this review as my experience was amazing!!!!
Honestly speaking, this was my first surgery in my life with general anesthesia. I was a bit nervous about it, but it turned out very good) the anesthesiologist was super cutie ? she turned on the music , when I was going to fall asleep)))
My doctor- dr Humberto - is the kindest person and great surgeon . From the very beginning he made me feel calm and after our first meeting I was sure I’d come here, 100%. Lindsay was my coordinator, and she was ready to answer any question anytime, thank you!
Even the day before surgery he was ready to meet me and to discuss the upcoming surgery.
After the surgery I’m recovering pretty well. And the resuuuuuult is woooooooow!!!!!
I’ll definitely remember this clinic forever ❤️

My experience with Top Aesthetics was amazing!
I feel very grateful with my surgeon Dr. Humberto Palladino, all the staff, post operative department, surgery coordinator and anesthesiologist, everyone was very professional, they really care about their patients. Since my first consultation everything was very organized. They have concierge service for recovery, I had premium stay package, I really recommended even that I live 2 hours away from the clinic because that include Hotel stay 7 days 6 nights, transportation, 30 hours of care with Med Miami team they are amazing, and include 3 massages. You will be in safe hands since they help you with medication and everything after surgery. Thank you I feel very happy with my results.

It was nerve wracking the day before surgery but Top Aesthetics team were kind and made sure I was okay I though it was very nice that they had the option for you to have a nurse watching you over after surgery as well as the transportation after surgery. Overall the results were amazing, super happy with my results, and I liked that my surgeon Dr.Humberto went over the details and any concerns I had. Not to mention the massage therapists I would have after my surgery were super helpful and super friendly, great team and amazing surgeon. Definitely would come back for another surgery and definitely recommend!!

I really appreciate how much Top Aesthetics prioritizes patient safety. I love their partnership with Med Miami. The nurses were wonderful and make the recovery process so much easier than if I had done it at home.
