I decided to go ahead with a consult, and I was not disappointed. I felt comfortable with Dr. Jerome Liu from the start. He and his staff did everything they could to make it an amazing experience. I had 4 consultations for a fairly complex breast augmentation-fix surgery.

I was so impressed with his thoughtfulness about the procedure and how he would approach it. He was conservative given the complexity of the surgery. I appreciated his candor and kindness.

He is very scientific in his approach which was reassuring to me.

His communication throughout the whole process was incredible. He called me, himself, multiple times throughout the weeks leading up to the surgery.

I had two other consultations before seeing Dr. Liu and as discouraging as though appointments were, it showed me what I didn't want in a doctor and his office. The other appointments were rushed, whereas Dr. Liu took his time to discuss with me the process, answered any questions I had, and also returned at the end of my appointment to see if I had any further questions!

His office is clean, warm, very inviting, and the office staff is beyond nice! I had the pleasure to work with Beth, the patient coordinator, and she is the sweetest. She answered so many questions that went beyond my appointment and I felt very comfortable talking to her.

Don't be fooled by the $100 consult fee. Once you step into Dr. Liu's office and speak with him, you'll know he's the one for you. He's professional, down to earth, knowledgeable, and very personable. I'm very happy with my procedure and highly recommend him to anyone.
