Worst hospital experience ever- complete waste of 3 days of life I will never get back! Where do I start?
- Rude, condescending, haughty unprofessional belittling unhelpful incompetent nurse.
- Dr. Tanner did absolutely nothing for me, and I only saw him one time in 3 days. I only received Motrin after I let them know I was leaving, and was literally screaming in pain so loudly that other patients advocated on my behalf.
- No food. I only received 2 decent breakfasts in 3 days. No ice. Seriously, literally ridiculous.
- My room that was shared with an absolute psychopath had BLACK MOLD growing on the HVAC grate.
- Need I say more? Had to check myself out!

My experience so far has been very positive. I got an MRI appointment quickly, and then the surgery happened quickly. Everyone on the day of the surgery was very direct and helpful. I remember everyone who was there and if I had the chance, I would thank them personally! The post-operative care was good. When I had to go back for a check-up, I can only give positive feedback. The waiting time was short and the doctors are fantastic. The same doctor removed the stitches that I consulted with earlier. He remembered me, was very kind, helpful and attentive. Special thanks for her !!!

Las instalaciones del hospital son muy limpias, bien organizadas. La recepción me atendió amablemente. La Dra. que me atendió no me sentí conforme con su atención, prestaba poca atención a mi diálogo acerca de mis malestares, su tono fue poco amable y sin interés, mientras yo le hablaba ella usaba su teléfono y luego respondía cosas sin sentido. Me quiere ver luego de 3 meses pero ahora mismo no hizo nada por mi. Nunca fui atendida por ningún especialista de esta manera tan informal e incómoda. Mi hija fue atendida en este hospital el año pasado pero su Dra si fue maravillosa y muy acertada. Hoy no fue mi mejor experiencia

I feel good to receive medical treatment here. Each of you is very attentive to the treatment. The hospital is spacious and what I really love is the garden next to the hospital. But I have one suggestion. I want the hospital to improve the pharmacy department. I want to expand the service area and increase the pharmacy staff because now the pharmacy is very crowded. It’s been 21 years I am visiting to this hospital. My daughter born here. Not only I like this hospital, I do recommended others. .
It would be very generous and helpful if they make little change for people with special needs. My daughter is a special child. She gets very tried, bored, upset, and cry if she has to wait more then 30 min to see her doctors. It becomes very frustrated for us. If the Hospital arrange an option where this kind of people gets faster service by avoiding the long waiting, would be so wonderful.

The waiting for the pediatrics physicians is ridiculous. 3 hours to be called and my son had a “scheduled” appointment. Then when you ask a question the head nurse has an attitude and “doesn’t know anything”. I do not recommend to anyone. My rating is 0 out of 5

But the NICU nurses are amazing 10 out of 10 for the NICU staff and service
