Called to see if I could just have one appointment for one adjustment because I know that's all I need right now. Consultation is fine as long as I'm getting same day care. The desk girl was trying to push me to pay for multiple appointments and was talking about care "plan." I don't want all of that. I know what I need and can afford for the moment. This might just be standard for chiropractic practices, but there should be more help for patients in different circumstances. As soon as as I told her I didn't need all that, her tone got flat, so I hung up because I need care centered around my needs, not a company income. I hope I find what I'm needling elsewhere.

My experience with Chiro One has been nothing but great. Dr. Jordan has always done his best to give me the help needed to get better. I no longer have pain in my neck and my hip is doing much better. It takes a long time for the healing process to start but in the end it is worth it. Thank you Chiro One.

Made the mistake of scheduling a new patient visit. Called and cancelled the same day. Got a call a week later confirming my appointment, which I cancelled. Have been getting multiple phonecalls from a corporate number urging me to reschedule, along with emails and texts. Ongoing for weeks now. I've blocked the numbers ?Dr Marcus Woodall has a practice of his own now in Granite Falls for those who'd like to know.

Dr. Jordan and the team at ChiroOne are simply amazing. They have helped me find steady improvement for my back pain and helped me regain mobility. Autumn is so great at checking in on my exercises to ensure I'm doing them correctly and she is so patient in explaining things to me. Great chiro care in a supportive and fun environment.
