J’ai fait en tout 13 implants dans cet institut dentaire. Je n’ai jamais eu de problème jusqu’aux deux derniers implants qui ont été faits en fastloading dans une zone très sensible. On ne m’a pas prévenu que c’était un endroit sensible, fin et fragile, et que l’implantation en fastloading comportait des risques dans cette zone. J’ai payé environ 1600 euros pour ces deux implants.

Dès le premier jour, j’ai eu des douleurs persistantes. Ils m’ont dit que c’était normal et que la douleur s’estomperait rapidement. Après 5 mois de douleurs persistantes et après consultation avec d'autres dentistes spécialistes qui m’ont demandé de faire une radio 3D, il a été confirmé que c’était une erreur d’implantation des deux derniers implants.

J’ai prévenu l’institut dentaire, mais ils ont refusé de faire jouer la garantie, affirmant que cela n’était pas couvert, alors que d’autres spécialistes ont confirmé que c’était une faute de leur part. J’ai écrit un premier avis exprimant mon mécontentement, et une employée administrative m’a demandé de le supprimer en promettant de trouver une solution à l'amiable. Mais ils m’ont demandé plus de 4000 euros (plus les frais de transport, d’hôtel, etc. à ma charge) POUR RÉPARER LEURS ERREURS.

Je trouve cela dommage, surtout après avoir fait plus de 13 implants et recommandé plusieurs amis pour des implants dentaires chez eux (dont deux amis qui ont fait des implants chez eux grâce à ma recommandation) . Malheureusement, la seule solution que j’ai trouvée est de faire appel à un avocat spécialisé dans le domaine. Je déconseille à tout le monde de passer par cet institut, car en cas de problème, c’est toujours de votre faute et la garantie est inexistante, ce qui impacte lourdement votre portefeuille…

Te roban como sigue, cuando llegas lo presupuestado no vale es más caro. Luego te van dando largas sin atenderte durante cinco días, como vas para siete días no da tiempo te han robado el dinero pero te dicen que vuelvas otro viaje y seguirán con el rollito. Ni se les ocurra ir.
