After seeing the gallery with natural looking results I decided to make a consultation appointment with Dr. Macias. He was very professional and helped me throughout the process. He helped me decide the best incision site and size for the implant. The day of the surgery I did not feel nervous at all because I knew I was in good hands. I am extremely happy with my natural results 6 weeks after.

I can't say enough good things about Aesthetic MdR! As a former patient of Dr. Macias, I recently returned after learning he'd expanded his practice and met with Isabel to discuss my options for facial balancing as I approach my 36th birthday. After my initial consult with her, I left with the same comfort and feeling of certainty that I'd experienced during previous visits and knew I was in good hands. I'm about a week out now, so still healing, but am loving my results thus far and can't wait for them to fully settle in! Im a very picky person and I like to do extensive research on what doctor will work on my body. From their credentials to their expertise and skills on procedures. I always disliked my large areolas and looked for almost 3 years for a doctor to reduce their size without the unappealing t shape scar. I found that doctor in Dr.Macias. It has been a month and a half since the procedure and I love the results!! He more than exceeded my expectations. Not only did he reduce the size,m to exactly what I wanted them to be but also fixed the asymmetry. If I didn’t think Google would ban my review I would post the pictures but all in all. I will be back for future procedures and skincare regimens.

Honest Review

I’ve visited this Aesthetic MDR quite a few times over the last year. Initially, I would rate this place a 5 Stars hands down. Amazing staff, super knowledgeable resident doctors, and everyone makes you feel comfortable and heard.

However, I feel like after my 4th visit AND being pushed to give this establishment a 5-star review I noticed a decline in their friendliness and amazing customer service.
Im not sure if its a sales tactic so I steer away from the residents clinic, or if I did something to offend any of the receptionist(and if that is the case I sincerely apologize) but it has been near damn impossible to get back on their books without being booked out until March 2025.

I have expressed my concern on multiple occasions about how dissatisfied I am with my latest results with my fillers and the disproportion I have going on, i feel embarrassed and now more than ever have to hide.

Going back to rescheduling, now, I live in Texas and I still bought a ticket to fly out specifically just to be seen at Aesthetic MDR. My last appointment with Aesthetic MDR was this month and my flight unfortunately went overbooked and I was unable to make it, I tried to explain this to the receptionist I was denied any type of assistance because it was too short of a notice and they had already confirmed all of the appointments for that day. I completely understand, so I asked if there was anything they can do to help me out and flat out said unfortunately they couldn’t do anything and Id loose my deposit as well. Mind you, I have never been late or missed any appointments Ive had with Aesthetic MDR.

Quite a shame, because I really enjoyed coming here.
Again this is MY experience for someone else it might be totally different.

There are not enough amazing things that I could say about my experience with Dr. Macias and his team and Aesthetic MdR! From the first day I called to inquire about a procedure, I was given the best customer service. Kimberly and Brenda answered my many many questions with so much patience and kindness. I had been considering a few plastic surgeons closer to home in Northern California for the procedures that I was considering but I was not impressed with the before and after photos. Dr. Macias' attention to detail and professionalism made it pretty easy for me to make my decision to go with him as my surgeon.

Once I had booked, things became even easier for me. Leading up to the week of my surgery, I was given plenty of information and help with preparing myself accordingly. The day before, the day and the day after surgery could not have gone more smoothly. I had so much support from the entire medical team and despite being so nervous, of course, since it was my first surgery and first time going under anesthesia, I was put at ease because of how professional and patient everyone was with my questions.

Recovery from surgery is never easy but I was grateful that Dr. Macias requires his patients to go to the Prestige After Care facility because I don't know how I could have managed that first night without their help.

My follow up appointments have all been able to be virtual, because I do not live in the area and flying down would be difficult to manage with my schedule, but Dr. Macias has been more than accommodating with that as well.

And on top of it all, I could not be more happy with the results of my procedures. I am so happy with the results and they seem to improve every day. I was only really in pain for about 2 weeks post-op and since then, life has pretty much gone back to normal and that, I believe, is because I went with a highly qualified and experienced plastic surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Macias to any and everyone and will definitely be back to Aesthetic MdR if I need any future surgeries!

It has been 6 months since my second surgery and I couldn’t be more happy!
P.S. this will be a lengthy review because I rarely write reviews but they deserve it 🙂

I found Dr. Macias online while looking for a surgeon for my breast reduction. I searched for a couple of months and had multiple consultations with different surgeons who quoted me different price ranges. This is something I encourage everyone to do and it something a lot of genuine doctors will tell you to do; Dr. Macias did when I met him for my consultation. I picked Dr. Macias because when I told him how I had been thinking about a breast reduction since I was about 13 and how uncomfortable they were for me and how that has affected me most of my life, he was kind and also very knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he took to get to know me and explain to me about the surgery, the risk, precautions, expectations vs reality, scaring, and post operation results. I was also very impressed with his resume, work, and the staff was great. I felt confident about everything and of him. I had my first surgery in 2021. I was a DD, my breast were on the wider side and I wanted to go down to a B cup. Dr. Macias pointed out that I was young and fuller busts are usually desired as well as appropriate for my body shape. ( I want to point out that I don’t think he was not trying to change my decision on size, I think he cared more about me not regretting it). He also mentioned that if I didn’t like it or was not happy we could always go down more but if he did less and I was not happy it would be more complicated and a different surgery to go up a size. Because of this I decided he was right and I went down to a cup between B and C that way they were still nice and full. A year later I personally felt that they were still too big or just not the vision I wanted and I expressed that to him. With no issue and full support he said we could do a revision and fix any issues (tiny or big) from previous surgery. I am now about 6 months post my second surgery and I couldn’t be happier! They’re perfect now and the procedure and recovery were so much easier. I cannot thank Dr. Macias and his team enough!!!

I have also had facials done at Aesthetic MDR and that was an amazing experience as well. I’ve found a spot for all procedures I’d like in the future. They are amazing people and professionals that care for their patients and are always willing to help.
