I’m so happy that I chose A Solution for Beauty by Pierini for my tummy tuck procedure. I’ve never done a surgery before so I was very nervous but everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors were so kind and attentive to my needs and concerns. They were available to me even when the office was closed. Not only was my surgery a success but my recovery process was very smooth and they played a huge role in everything. I recommend them to everyone I know because truly you feel cared for. Very grateful to Yami who was the first consultant to attend me before I booked my surgery. I’m also grateful for Paula and her wonderful customer service skills. Sol and Perla are the amazing and caring nurses who were available to answer my questions and Dr. Liane was absolutely kind and attentive to me during my recovery. You are all the best!

I am utterly disappointed and shocked by the recent management changes at this clinic. The new owner has driven the business into bankruptcy, showing a complete lack of responsibility and utter shamelessness. Workers have been left without pay due to this mismanagement.

It's important to note that Pierini is no longer associated with this company and has nothing to do with the current state of affairs. I strongly advise against any involvement with this clinic under its new ownership.

It's been 8 months and I am still waiting for my $7,000+ refund. No one knows anything, no one can respond or the best, they send you from one person to the next until you have spoken to everyone in the facility and they tell you the person responsible for the finances department is not available or is not physically in the facility. Don't pay unless you are certain you can get the procedure done or you will be fighting for your money back with no luck! or you end up like me paying high-interest rates for a procedure you didn't even receive due to medical complications (something that was not even within my control)

I wish there is a - 1 for rating purposes. Let me start saying that Dr. Alberto Pierini used to own and run this business for years. Pierini is an eminent and skilled professional that I’ve known for years and operated on me in the past with fantastic results. He sold this practice to some irresponsable and shameless individual with the last name Johnson. In November 2023, I decided to cancel a procedure since I felt insecure about a doctor that I never met and was scheduled for my surgery. I knew there was a 1k cancellation fee but I never thought it was going to be a total nightmare to receive a refund. There are still 2 thousand pending and the new owner won’t even take a call or reply to an email. The only thing he has shown is lack of respect and responsibility. Do not consider a cosmetic procedure with this clinic, Miami has many choices with serious practices that respect their patients.

On November 21, 2023 nI was charged $2000.00 deposit for my wifes procedure. Prior to the surgery my wife cancelled and was told that the $2000.00 deposit would be refunded. A week went by an no refund. At that point I placed a dispute with the credit card company. On December 12, 2023 I received a call from thier accounting office advising me that the only way they can issue the refund is if I remove the dispute. Trusting this busines to be reputable I removed the dispute. Within a few days a new charge of $2000.00 appeared on my credit card. After repeated calls and emails to the accounting office I received a replay that the $2000.00 refund had been issued on January 12, 2024. Since that time I have reached out to the owner Dr. Johnson and his staff on numerous occassions with ZERO response. I plan on taking this business to small claims court and seek my refund. This place is a scam. Watch out!!

Hace dos mese me puse bótox y jamas vi el resultado, me cobraron 350 dolares solo por la frente y parece que o el botox estaba vencido o no me pusieron nada, eso por guiarme por un nombre. No todo lo que brilla es oro. Dinero mal gastado. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas o menos de 0 eso es lo que daría.
