I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a breast augmentation with Dr. Marin, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and care.

Dr. Marin took the time to understand my goals and provided detailed information about the procedure, including the different implant options and what to expect during recovery.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the results are very natural and proportionate to my body, which was my primary concern. I would 100% recommend Dr. Marin. He is the best at what he does ☺️

5+ Stars!!! What Dr Marin can do with Botox, I can only imagine what my results would be for any cosmetic surgery! He listened to any/all concerns I had and had a clear plan how to treat my problem areas and explained that it truly is a treatment process & not a one time quick fix. He made me feel so at ease and educated me throughout the process and I am so beyond happy with my results! For sure- Dr Marin delivered the best Botox I’ve ever had! I had a procedure done with Dr. Marin about seven months ago. Since that time, I have recommended his work to three very close friends - all of which have become his patients. Dr. Marin and his assistant, Shannon are a wonderful, professional, honest and attentive team. When I started looking around at doctor's offices for my procedure, I found just that - doctor's offices, with the same type of treatment as if I were going in for a physical or cold. When you first walk into to the Ranch and Coast Plastic Surgery offices, you feel the difference and I personally was immediately impressed with the atmosphere, the lengths at which they went to make me feel comfortable and the personal attention I received during my consultations. I never felt like just another patient, it was very clear that both Shannon and Dr. Marin were looking at me as an individual and having a very open and honest conversation about what I wanted and what my expectations could be.
I could not be happier with my results as well. Dr. Marin put a great emphasis on understanding what my realistic expectation post-surgery were, put those in terms that I could better understand and communicate and met every part of them. Every post-operation appointment has been as accommodating as the initial consultation, including several follow up emails from Shannon, specifically asking how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. They get my highest recommendation!

I had my face done 10 years ago by Dr Marin. I still look good at 73. I won't do more surgery but will get other procedures done. From the first interview to the procedure to post he was 5 star all of the way. Don't understand how the 1/2 star is missing. I have sent 6 or 7 friends and they loved his work and bedside manner.

Dr. Marin and all of his staff are amazing! I did my homework and met with quite a few Doctors before selecting Dr. Marin. From the moment I left his office after the consultation, I knew he was the right choice. He is so patient, made me feel at ease, and touched on all the things that were bothering me before I even said anything. I had implants in 1998 and the Dr. that performed the surgery back then, left my right breast bigger than my left and they were much bigger than what I ever wanted. I came to Dr. Marin, wanting a breast lift and reduction. Dr. Marin spent so much time with me and explained everything to me. He took notes and measurements while none of the other doctors did this at the consultations. At my pre-op, he spent even more time talking to me and explaining things again. He knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and didn't disappoint me. I am so pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Marin to anyone. Amber, Dr. Marin's nurse as well as Rachelle who helped me get everything set up have been so wonderful from the first day, always willing to help and answer any questions I had. I am writing under my daughters google account because I don't have one. ( my name is Pam) . I wanted to post my experience with Dr. Marin and his assistant Shannon. What a great team they are. I am what you would call a problem patient, I came to Dr. Marin with 4 bad revisions within a 6 yr. time period from other local San Diego Plastic Surgeons, who left me looking deformed and unhappy to say the least. I had spent the time meeting with other plastic surgeons and thought I had found the doctor I felt comfortable with doing my surgery. Then I thought I would meet Dr. Marin before I made my final decision, and I am very happy that I did. I knew immediately he was the doctor I trusted and wanted to perform my 5th revision. Dr Marin spent hours of his time answering my questions and listening to my concerns and expectations ( the poor man ..) Dr Marin did not make promises he could not keep, he gave me realistic expectations, he told me what he could and could not do, Honesty, well that was a first from any of my previous plastic surgeons. Dr Marin assured me that he would be with me long term and that we had to address any concerns along the way he would. He is big on relationships, and that means a lot to someone like myself. I highly respect him and trust him fully. Dr. Marin was always available to see me or talk to me. I would highly recommend Dr Marin to anyone who is looking to do revisions on their breast. Shannon, his assistant goes over and beyond, she is always available and very gentle and helpful especially when it comes to help one through and before surgery. Everyone who works on the surgical staff and in the office are all wonderful people. Dr. Marin and Shannon your both exceptional people and I am honored to be your patient.
